Mastering 3D Capture Masterclass

This full day creative masterclass will demonstrate how 3D scanning capture works and give you hands-on training in the hardware and software related to the technology. We will explore some different options to capture with, including some professional handheld 3D scanners.

You will learn

• How to choose the right 3D scanner for a chosen object
• How to achieve optimal lighting conditions for scanning an object
• A chance to have a go using some 3D capture equipment
• How to post-process the data once the object has been scanned
• What you can do with the 3D scan once processed e.g. importing into a games engine, such as Unity or Unreal.
