Mindfulness for stress management

This is an enlightening session on the science behind mindfulness and how to integrate it into your daily life. The course includes three easy mindful exercises for the group to practise.

Caroline Forman will coach delegates on the practice of mindfulness and highlight the benefits it can have, including reducing stress and increasing focus.
