Inclusive Teams Training
Inclusive Teams Training has now closed for applicants
Inclusive Teams Training is a free online course helping screen industries businesses based in Yorkshire and the Humber reflect on issues surrounding equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace and create an inclusive organisational culture for everyone.
The course will be delivered over three two-hour long online Zoom workshops. In these sessions, participants will:
- Assess their understanding and awareness of EDI issues in the screen industries
- Learn how to celebrate the differences of diverse ideas and how they can support creativity and innovation
- Explore how biases can affect their business and working lives
- Hear from colleagues about their experiences and explore ways in which to support and improve the culture together
By the end of the course, participants will have created their own Vision of Inclusion for their business and an action plan of systems, processes and ways of working that can be embedded for long term success.
The course will run from October to December 2022 with a one month gap between each workshop.
