Innovative Training Courses

The SIGN Innovative Training Courses address skills shortages in the screen industries and the lack of a diverse trainer pool in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

SIGN has funded new and established trainers and training providers to create original skills related courses and workshops that tackle a skills gap or support the growth of a diverse workforce in the screen industries. These courses, which will run throughout Autumn 2022 and Winter 2023, cover a wide range of topics, from demystifying digital storytelling to trans awareness in production.
