The Screen Industries Growth Network (SIGN) has launched a new training course to help Yorkshire and the Humber based businesses working in the screen industries sector reflect on issues surrounding equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace and bring about positive organisational change.
The SIGN Inclusive Teams Training is made up of three free workshops delivered by IVE. Through these online sessions, teams will reflect on how to create an inclusive organisational culture for everyone. By the end of the course, participants will have created a Vision of Inclusion for their business and an action plan of systems, processes and ways of working to embed for long term success.
